These terms govern the sale of products through this website by Clautt, MB, trading as Hoppiez ("we", "us", "hoppiez") to you, the customer. By placing an order you accept these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

1. Our products

We sell "mystery box" fluffy bunny keychains. The Mystery Box contains one bunny keychain selected at random from the eight in the collection. The Mystery Box Trio contains three bunny keychains, each selected at random. You cannot choose which colours you receive; the random surprise is the nature of the product. Product images on the site show the range of bunnies that may be inside.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and, where applicable, include VAT. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. The total payable, including shipping and any taxes, is shown before you confirm your order.

3. How a contract is formed

Adding items to your cart and reaching the payment page is an offer by you to buy. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email or when we dispatch the goods. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund any amount already paid.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. Accepted methods are shown at checkout (cards and, where available, Apple Pay and Google Pay).

5. Delivery

We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times and any costs are described in our Shipping policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

If you are a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase. Full details and how to do it are in our Returns & refunds policy.

7. Legal guarantee of conformity

Your products come with a legal guarantee of conformity. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as provided by EU law. Contact us at hello@hoppiez.com.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited under applicable law. These products are decorative keychains and are not toys intended for young children.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. As a consumer you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
